Hello.
The HDD appears as another hard disk in my wifi laptop, after configuring it, and I have total access from here. The problem is that when I open the SmartWare software, it doesn’t appear on my list of HDD, and I can’t find in the program how to add it.
How can I configure it so it appears in the program?

I might be wrong on this one but I think smartware is not capable of detecting a drive that is connected to a router to create a backup…
Some times smartware wont even read a local drive connected to a USB hub.
