I know others have had this same problem but is there a place to purchase another screen? Is this called a face plate? I have the 4gb. Thanks for any help.
It’s called a LCD Display. The only way to get one is out of another player. I have not found replacement new ones anywhere. If you find them let me know, I could use about 20 of them.
