Whilst charging the battery recently I unhooked my Sansa clip from the USB on my laptop without properly going through the safely remove hardware process - no reason I just forgot. Since then my screen has gone blank. I’ve tried re-setting and updating all the software but nothing has worked.
I just wondered if there is anything else I can try or have I blown the screen? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Clare
Something similar with mine. My screen is burning out. getting dimmer by the day, dark lines through the text. upper left corner blank.
Is there a way to get the screen to stay dark while charging??? this has to be the cause. if there is no way to turn it off during charging, that is a design flaw and sansa should replace the screen
I had a similar issue… After disconnecting, the computer told me I had not done it properly… Even though I had ejected it like I was suppose to. The next time I went on to my Mp3 it had deleted all 250 of my songs and voice recordings I had saved. When I tried to connect it to my laptop latter to reload my lost songs, the Mp3 player would not even turn on. I tried holding the power switch up, buying a new connection cable, and using a USB port. What other options would I have? Thanks for your help. :womanhappy: ~Megan
