No WD Backup in Services

I just now posted this question to WD support and I thought I’d also post here for a second opinion.
I just plugged in my new (purchased 10/26/17) WD Passport and installed. Problem is I’m not able to access WD Backup. I checked Services (winkey/msc/Services) and WD Backup is not listed. WD Driver Manager is Running, WD Backup Snapshot and WD Backup Drive Helper are listed and their Status is stopped. I also have an older passport and it has the same problem. (It’s last backup was 3/26/18). I suspect what transpired, that’s preventing access to WD Backup, happened after that date. And it affects the new WD Passport. Thanks.
4/29/18-I just downloaded the WD Backup.exe and still doesn’t work.

As you have already checked with reinstall of WD backup, there may be issue with the remaining backup system files. I would suggest to delete application data and try to start backup again.

I appreciate the response. WD contacted me through email and suggest I call, which I did. It was an easy fix. Your fix was spot on. I will elucidate: Winkey-R,%appdata%,Western Digital,WD Backup, then delete all files. Thanks for the confirmation.
