i just purchased this new drive and went to WD Drive Utilities . the first two test passed. the complete drive test failed 14.nov. 2016. now what do i do?

Make sure the drive is plugged in directly into a wall outlet and try the test again.
If it still fails then I recommend you get the drive replaced.
Do ISO that with frys where I bought it or with you?
