hello i have a sansa 4gb clip and it will not show up on my computer. i now that it usually will say connecting when pluged in to a usb port but it does not, instead it shows the battery sign charging. iv tried it on at least four sourses including windows xp, vista and evan a mac and still nothing thanks. if possable can i send it in to get it fixed i have a worente but threw away the box on accident thanks
Let it stay on the computer for a while it sounds like it needs to charge up so it can communicate with the PC.
Try a soft reset. Slide the power switch to the ON position and hold it there for 10-15 seconds, release, and power up again. This may clear up your issue.
