Hello i bought my Sansa clip 2 months ago and it was working fine. But now when i go to plug my clip in to my computer it won’t charge and it wont do anything. it won’t come up on my computer that it is plugged in.
reset it by holding the power button up for 20 seconds, and then turn it on
I have tried that
Start with the Clip OFF.
Slide the power switch OWN to the HOLD / LOCK position (orange showing) and connect to the USB port while holding the center button depressed. Keep it pressed until the Clip is recognized by the computer.
This forces a manual MSC connnection.
Is the battery icon rolling?
