I have an external G-DRIVE mobile USB. When I plug it in to my computer it takes several minutes to show up on my finder. When I finally fo get to open the G-DRIVE the window is empty for several more minutes, and then finally loads my folders. Each folder I open shows up as empty for several minutes before sometimes loading. This process takes hours for me, and I’m unable to get photos off my G-DRIVE. I’ve followed the troubleshooting here, but to no avail. Any suggestions?
