G-drive 1tb keeps loading and it won’t show my files I’m using a Mac notebook pro with the latest update software can someone point me to the right direction in solving this problem it has been working fine in the past this evening I plugged it in and for some reason it keeps loading with no results of showing my files can someone please help me and if the item or the external hard drive is damaged is there a way to retrieve the information or the data on it ?
