Hello all, upon turning my sansa on this morning the screen stays black while the key lights and menu light remain on. (**Has tried recovery mode etc**) Overall the player can’t do anything now for some reason. I saw a post talking about a one year warranty that doesnt cover physical damage, would that mean software problems are covered?
