for some reason when i turn my sansa on it goes almost completely white. i checked on EVERYTHING. i went through settings at least ten times now, and i have checked for firmware updates a couple of times also. Can someone help?
I can only assume it wasnt always like that, is that correct? if you change the firmware to a different version is it the same? If it is call SanDisk Tech Suppport, 866.SanDisk, and let them know whats going on and what you tried.
well i did but they said to send them a couple pictures of it… and that hardly makes sense.
they wanna make sure theres no physical damage on the player. Simple process… once they see it it gets replaced. Assuming theres no cracks on it of course 
Turn on Recovery mode, reload the firmware and it should work!
