Hello, I have WD My Passport Ultra 1 TB. ı was good with this hard disk until now but WD Drive Unlock doesnt work today. When I want to use my Wd Passport Ultra, I always use password. But when I use WD Drive Unlock, it doesnt open password page. It is working and I have to wait a lot and then it says ’ Unknown Security State: ff’. Are there anyone who saw this problem before and how can I fix this?

Actually WD Support didnt help enough. They said what they must say.
Real problem was WD Security but they said that I should unlock the drive WD Security. Problem can be solve easily if you are lucky. I use macbook. I tried hard disk on different laptop(not macbook). And I can unlock the drive using WD Security. Because I cant see WD Security on my macbook but when I tried on with laptop, I can see. And then I delete password from WD Security. After that when I use hard disk on my macbook, there was no problem.
I updated WD Security on my hard drive, then I was able to get into My Passport using that.
