hi everyone
i tried sveral times to install wd smartware software AND drive setting software but fails to install evertime.when i click on install smartware OR install driver setting and accept user agreement at first it starts installing and telling me that 10 more mins require to install it but when it comes to 9 mins mark the installing automatically stops and installing window vanish from my screen,although all my data is safe and still accessable.i just want to set a password to secure my drive AND data.will be grateful to you if you get me out of this problem
