Why can’t I see my WD Passport as a drive in Windows Explorer when the PC is connected to the Wireless Wifi?

Hello, when you are connected to the drive via WiFi, you will need to treat it as a network drive, this means that you will need to map the drive in order for you to be able to access it.

Are there easily accessible instructions on mapping as a network drive? I tried following the Windows prompts, but it isn’t working. Can you point me to the Windows and Mac instructions?
