Wd my passport 0748 is not working. Data cable is proper working…but hard disk is not showing total gb contain…it is not open in any laptop or computer…please reply…

You should try to format the drive if you don’t have any important data on the drive and if the issue still persist then you should try contacting WD’s Technical Support about this.
