WD my book elite 2tb not workin since update

Hi,

My book elite 2tb (wdbaah0020hch) was working fine till I updated the firmware now it wont work at all.

When it is plugged into the PC it is not recognised as a drive. it does not appear in device manager either. I have tried it on another pc and its same there.

There is power to the drive and the usb cable is good and working

any help please.

Hello, if possible you might want to try using another USB cable, another PC to connect the My Book. You can also try running a test with DLG. Check the link below for more information.
