I just installed a WD easystore drive. I can back up files from my facebook account. I can copy files from my computers hard drive. But the back up function does not work. When I click the Back Up now button nothing happens. I deleted the back up plan and entered a new one but I get the same result. The light is on the back up drive and it seems to spin all the time. Sometimes it will stop. Please help. I have a Windows 10 Thinkpad laptop. Chuck
