Videos just won't play.

Hello everyone.  I recently got a Sansa e280.  I’ve converted the videos I want to play on my sansa using crazi video converter pro.  They are resized, rotated, run in 15FPS and are .mov files.  No matter what I try I can not get the sansa to detect the video files.  I’ve tried transfering them over in both MSC and MTP modes.  I’ve also tried syncing the media with WMP and winamp, however it always errors out when syncing.  Any ideas?  Thanks for reading!
