Kind of. If you connect it to your computer you can play the stuff on your Fuze through the computer, but not through the headphones. HOWEVER if you get an adapter so you can use a wall outlet, or a car charger, then you can listen to the headphones while charging.
You can charge from your computer and listen through the headphones at the same time, but it takes a little finesse. The PC end of the cable has four pins, and the outer two (which carry the power) are a little longer than the inner two (which carry the sync data). If you plug in the cable only far enough for the power pins to connect, you can charge and use the headphones simultaneously.
