I just purchased my express 2gb player. Well my first issue is that i also have a 2gb mirco sd card and it wont recognize it when you start the player up with the card in it it keeps building database thats it but if you put it in when the player is on the songs skips and wont play a song from the sd card if you remove the card then it plays with out skipping. any ideas plus the firmware is 01.01.01a2 thanks in advance for any help!
since first posting this msg i have updated the firmware and it still wont recognize that there is another 2gb there at all. have tried to reformat the xtra 2gb sd card with the se but dont think it worked cause as soon as i selected the confirm option it turned off and that was it once again thanks for your help in advance!
Ok another update i have got the se to play songs w/o skipping while the sd card is in the se but still have not gotten the songs that are on it to play yet i have reformatted a few times not it gets stuck on the refresh database do not remove the sd card. if i go though my computer to look at the se that way i can now see both external and internal listed there before all i saw was internal but i still cant play the songs that are on the sd card. When i reformated i formated in FAT32. once again thanks for your help in advace
