Two Problems

I have an  Express and a Sansa e280. I listen to AudioBooks and I cannot get them to show up in the audiobooks section, only in music. How do you get this to work? 

My other problem is that the  e280 can read my 2gb  microSD, but the Express will not, both are updated and read other 2gb cards but not the one I have filled with music.

The first thing to do is always make sure you have the latest firmware.

There are links to the latest firmware right here in the forum.

Has anyone even looked here?  over ten days and not even an a sound from anyone other than some kid.   I see why some people get upset with support.

You WERE given instructions.

Update the firmware.

You say you did that already.

DO IT AGAIN FOR BOTH!

Try reading other posts about SD card issues.

Maybe the problem is YOU.

FTR - I’m no kid. I’m 47 and own my own company.
