This might sound ridiculous, but how to use firmware?

when i download the firmware, do i download it into the mp3 player, or the computer?

Can you please explain it?

okay nevermind. haha. there were directions under the firmware thing.

BUT I STILL HAVE A QUESTION. it says it will turn off after i download it into the mp3 player, will my music get erased?

Nope. Anything you’ve loaded will be safe.
