My fuze was in the middle of a song, when all of a suffen it went blank. The ring around the cursor is still lit up blue though. I connected it back up to my computer but nothing happened, and on top of it all it won’t shut off. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated thanks.
Whenever anything like this happens, always try a reset before panicking. Slide the spring-loaded power switch up and hold it there for at least 20 seconds. Release, then it should start up normally.
