Hey dudes,

first I want to say I’m no English ! So please don’t be angree if there are any mistakes!

M problem is that my sansa doesn’t really gets off! I mean when I touch the power bottom it gets off but the after a minute it gets on again, and I didn’t used the power bottom. So I don’t know why it that does?And when it is on normal if you don’t use it I gets off after a minute or so and mine doesn’t. Apart from that it just gets no connection with the PC (I tried it on 3 PC, so it can’t be a problem of mine PC) And now my mp3 play is on since 5 hours and it seems as I would never get off! This all happened after I record something! PLEASE can anyone help me!

To turn Power Off, hold the Power button down for several seconds.  Don’t just “touch” it; hold it down for several seconds.

well i’m not silly. i now how to turn it off, that is not the problem. the problem is that my sansa dosen’t sty off for long! after seconds it turns on, of its own volition! but thaks that you treid to help me ! :wink:

Let the battery run down. Recharge the battery and then update the firmware following the instructions in this thread.

If that doesn’t resolve the problem, then contact Sandisk. You may have a defective player.
