Screen Broken

My screen is all inked out and is no longer visible but the mp3 player still works.  Could someone write up all the menu items and options so I can change from playing things in order by artist or by song and playing random versus in order…I would sincerely appreciate it.

is it a physical crack? or is over a year old? if you answered no to both of those, its probably still under warranty.
