Its been a while since ive been on here. I had 2 previous issues. My Sansa Fuze is working really well, but Im always gettin the pop-up for the updater? Should I update the updater program? Also is there any real major improvements over the 1.01.11 firmware?
You’re better off just uninstalling the updater altogether. It runs in the background all the time, and searches for updates every time you connect a Sansa player. Since updates are infrequent at best, the updater software basically amounts to nagware. Doing a manual update is easy anyway. Just check the “Sansa Fuze Firmware Update” topic at the top of the board for instructions.
