Is it stuck, or does it turn without affecting volume?

If the wheel turns but doesn’t produce the proper effect, then it might be that the firmware in the player is corrupted. Download the latest firmware, and manually install it on the player. If this doesn’t work, then it is likely that you have a hardware problem, and you should buy a new player.
