Sansa Clip+ won't start

Hello,

My Sansa Clip+ won’t start. I tried hard reset but nothing happened.

It has a normal behavior whenever a connect through a USB cable to my PC (it charges and I get a connection established message) , except microSD detection.

I’ve updated firmware.

What else can I do?

I’ve opened my Clip+ and found tha battery had swelled. I think it may be damaged. Where can I get a replacement one.

If it’s under warranty, SanDisk will replace it. If not, you’ll have to buy a new player.
