Sansa Clip needs to be synced every few days

The clip works great, but is always needing to be synced.  I connect it to my computer, let it do it’s thing, and it plays great.  Then two days later, I can’t use it because it wants to be synced again.  What is going on here?

I should probably add I am using it with Rhapsody.
