Sansa Clip Has Inferior Headphone Jack?

Hmmmm…I bought two Sansa Clip players, both of them have suspect female head/earphone jacks. The male does not make proper contact at all times causing the music stream to stop and start. Easing the jack out a fraction can resolve the problem temporarily. I’m regretting buying this otherwise neat MP3 player and wondering about course of action.

Did you insert the phones all the way?  I was hesitant to do that at first with such a small player.  I just put them in far enough to where I was getting audio.

Thank you chris, that was the problem, exactly as you described it, I have now pushed the jack fully in and it is a solid as a rock :slight_smile:
