SanDisk Security on macOS doesn't detect SanDisk Extreme Portable SSD

Hello,

I’m using a 4TB SanDisk Extreme Portable SSD which works perfectly on macOS.
Recently I’ve installed SanDisk Security software in order to check for any firmware update but the program doesn’t seem to recognize the SSD as, while the SSD is connected and mounted, SanDisk Security window still tells me to “Connect a supported SanDisk drive”.

Am I doing anything wrong?

Thanks, I tried opening a support case by sending them an e-mail. Let’s see what they’ll say.
