Unfortunately the last time I had my PC wiped and downloaded everything to flash drives temporarily, a dog ate them. Seriously, I’m not kidding. So I have lost all my grandchilren pictures from way back. :( I have been backing up my computer on my external hard drive (WD Smartware) but cannot figuire out how to retrieve the files I have backed up on there. Please help me if there is a way. I just can’t lose all of those pictures. Thank you.
Hello and welcome, you can recover your files in two ways, you can either use Smartware or you can manually explore the external hard drive, there should be folder named smartware.swstor. You can check page 15 of the manual for the steps to recover your files using Smartware.
