I have just gor my second passport, WDBACX0010BBK, USB 2.0, but i was uable to install the software. I have followed instruction for the driver, but software failed repeatedly to be installed. The disk did not performe autorun.
Insted I removed partitions under Windows XT an formated as one disk. Now I seem it practical to use the factory setting, but is it possible to do that? Leif Rasmussen
