Problems Transferring files to Sansa

I find I cannot drag all mp3 files to the Sansa.   Sometimes it works and some times it doesn’t even with the same files. Any ideas?

Have you updated firmware?

Since how long ago?   Didn’t know there was new firmware.  

Also, I don’t have problems dragging everything, just some things, including things I could drag before.  Would that be a firmware problem?  

I have a Mac.   Do I update the same firmware as everyone else?

Well, I updated my Sansa clip but still can’t drag certain mp3’s to it, even though they were used in the past without problems.   I need more suggestions.  Thanks.
