Please help me , my sansa clip doesnt turn on.

One day, I wanted to change my musics from it but as i couldnt see then on my computer, i formated him. so when i tried to put new musics again, it didnt work. i formated by the computer, formating an hd, and it didnt work too. now it doesnt turn on and says that its full and that i must free 30 mb.what should i do?
