Playlists on Clip *gb

Just got my 8GB clip & love it.  I’m using Windows Media Player to manage my tunes.  Problem I’m having is that I can not create any playlist on the Clip.

I can create them in WMP but they do not sync to the Clip.  When I sync WMP to the Clip the files transfer to the music folder but not to the playlist folder.

How do I create playlists on my Clip?
