After suffering a hard disc failure, I have replaced the hard disc and recovered all files. Now, when I try to open ANY file (Word, excel, PDF, QuickBooks), I am told I don’t have permission to open the file. Help, I don’t know what to do.
I forgot to mention the product is a WD Passport Ultra
