My PC crashed, so had to re-install win 10 and all other programs, but when I “select files to restore” from my Passport Ultra backups (created with WD Backup) nothing shows as being available. I have used file manager to verify that the files are on my Passport Ultra. Any ideas please otherwise I will have lost all my work.
If WD Backup can not detect the previous backup, then a manual restoration can be performed by copying the SWSTOR folder within your WD Passport unit into a location of your preference. The files are not encrypted.
