Can see retrieved folder contents but can not import into Outlook 2010. Any ideas or these external hard drives of no value for system upgrades?
You need to manually import the files. Restoring files to Outlook has been the same process for over 7 years. Look for the import option on Outlook and it will let you browse for a physical location with PST files to import.
