Nero Recode videos will not play

I have a ton of videos I converted tp MPEG4 using Nero’s Recode program.  None of them will play on my TakeTV.  Does anyone know if there is an easy solution for this?

Take TV is not compatible with MPEG4… use divx or xvid (AVI)
