My Sansa came with about 6 songs that I cannot seem to remove. Does anyone know how I can remove the preloaded songs? I can add and remove my songs, but the ones that came with the Sansa I cannot remove. Any help is appreciated.

you can always reformat your player. That always gets rid of the preloaded content.

Have you tried accessing the player through Explorer? When the player is connected to the PC there should be an additional drive letter avaiable in explorer which is the internal flash in the player.
The other area that can cause problems is the USB settings. Go to Settings > USB > and change from Auto to MSC or vica versa and then try to delete the songs.
My bet will be the 1st option.
