Yesterday my ■■■■■ fren want to delete all my friendlist and end up formatting the mp3 include all the file inside it. and now i cant play a music and when i reset it, it say firmware not found. can someone help me about that?
First, formatting erases all user-added content but does not affect the firmware, so while you will have to re-load all your music, the player should still operate OK; there was won’t be any music on it to play except for the FM radio.
If however, for some reason it doesn’t you can always re-load the firmwware per the manual installation directions in this post.
Secondly, this the the Clip Zip board. If you have any further problems or questions, you’ll probably want to post in the Clip+ board instead. 
Ah, i already tried. but it say, File not found.
Then it forced me to Plug USB cable. i try to put some mp3 there, but it still say ‘File not found’
its really totally empty there. and my bad. i didnt realize this is Clip zip. orz

Tried what? You’re going to have to be more specific and detailed about exactly what you did (and what you’re trying to do).
