Luke… Im sure you didnt read all the pages of this thread but we’ve been over that already…

SanDisk finally agrees that it does not have operations in India, the product is not supported officialy by SanDisk. The product is supported by the distributor who doesn’t even know how a flash memory works.

this is completle untrue. you have flip flopped your story so many times it is ridiculous. Additionally you can ship products with a battery in india believe me i have done more than once on my travels there. you yourself are the one with the issues not sandisk. as it shows in this thread they have offered to the replace the item and are working with you but you

1 can not provide a physical address which is required

2 have not shipped them the defective product

since you seem to be the only one with these problems then you sir are the problem.

See I got an e-mail from the supporter and he told me that they don’t have any offices in India other than the distributor, if you want I can show you the e-mail.

But somehow I managed to get an address ( my guardian’s) so I’m about to receive the replacement, its confirmed. Thanks for the help guys.

Will inform you once I get the replacement.

Thanks again for all your support
