My Passport did work but has stopped.
I can no longer get to the dashboard.
clicking on the “WD Backup” has no effect.

Make sure the drive is seen on the computer and uninstall and reinstall the software.
I uninstalled
I still can’t get to the dashboard by clicking on the WD Backup both the WD Uti;ites and WD Security will open
It passes the Quick Drive Test
Guess I will look for another external harddrive
