I completed a standard software push about 1.5 weeks ago, and my Passport Essential SE hasn’t performed a back-up since. The drive reads the files and compiles the file sizes, then stops. I was unsuccessful in trying to restore my computer to an earlier time since there were 2 critical windows updates installed around the same time. Any suggestions? Thanks.
My drive starting backing up, so this issue is withdrawn.
