Hi! I use a My passport ext drive as a back up for files at home but for some reason I am unable to open certain ones. It says I don’t have permission to access the folder. I hit continue as it suggests but then get another pop up which states that I have been denied access to the folder. I then click on the security tab but not really sure where to go from there
