I’m having a major problem with my WD My Passport 1TB external hard drive. I keep on trying to open it using a windows 8 OS laptop and it won’t show my folders/files. When I check the properties of the said hard drive it shows that I already used 45GB space on it. How can I resolved this problem? Please help!!! 
If you can see the Passport from the Computer window, the folders might be hidden. Follow the steps from the link below to see if that helps.
