my Fuze+ wont start i tried everything

i bought my fuze+ a month ago it worked great last night i updated to the new firmware and kept it plugged in for the whole night in thr morning my device wouldn’t turn on

i tried everything i held the power button for 30 seconds i plugged it to the computer i pressed each of the volume butten for 30 seconds while it was connected i changed the usb cable and it still wont budge

help please im desperate

This happened to me briefly.  I pressed and held the volume down button and while holding the volume down button pressed and held the on/off button for about 5 to 10 seconds.  I had read about this technique previously.  It seems to force it to to do a bit of a hard reboot.

Try that and let us know if it helps.
