S/N: WXB1A20A7140 is not opening on Mac even the light up and starting sound is on.
Is that only for Windows computer?

If it’s formatted NTFS … then it won’t work natively on a Mac.
There are 3rd software/ntfs drivers for Mac you can try, but since i don’t own a Mac you’ll have to google it.
If you want to be able to use the hard drive on Windows and Mac, then format it exFAT … and it work on both Operating Systems.
(backup you data before formatting, as it will wipe the drive)
Bug Sur can read NTFS disks but now that USB sticks at 1TB and more disks are kind of last year’s technology
get one of those docks for the Mac so it has more connectivity
