My Book - WD Hardware Error USB Device

I just turn on my PC today and cannot found My Book in my computer.
Then i checked to device manager and found that My Book was recognized as other device - WD Hardware Error USB Device. I tried to update driver software but the result was Windows was unable to install your WD Hardware Error USB Device. I also tried changing usb cable, but still the same.
Can anyone help me?

Did you disconnect the power adapter to power cycle the drive?

Yes, i also tried to disconnect the power adapter and today i turn it on but nothing happened. It still the same error…
